Cliff Harper is currently the Principal Hydrogeologist and Project Manager of Harper Environmental Associates, Inc (HEA). He has over 26 years of experience in the environmental industry and has managed environmental site assessment and remediation projects throughout the United States and overseas. His primary responsibilities at HEA include technical and regulatory strategy development, regulatory agency liaison, field implementation, technical oversight, and project/construction management.

Beth Harper is currently a Project Manager Assistant at Harper Environmental Associates, Inc (HEA). She has 25+ years of experience in business and commercial banking, including 7 years with Harper Environmental. Her primary responsibilities at HEA include administration of waste profiles, manifests, preparation of work scopes & budgets, general accounting, and assistance with project management.

Mr. Sterritt is employed as a Project Assistant and Technician at Harper Environmental Associates, Inc (HEA). He has worked with environmental site assessment projects, groundwater monitoring and UST remediation in the northeast. His primary responsibilities at HEA include completion of Phase I ESAs; Soil and Groundwater Sampling; Mapping/CAD development, customer relations and assistance with project scheduling and tracking.

Mr. Sisson has ten years experience delineating wetland boundaries, classifying wetlands, and determining wetland functions and values in New Hampshire and Vermont. Over the last ten years Mr. Sisson has been producing Site-Specific and High Intensity Soil Maps in New Hampshire using the “Site-Specific Soil Mapping Standards for New Hampshire and Vermont”. He has been evaluating and designing septic systems, and assesses and permits land development based on clients’ goals.

Michael Barry is currently a master technician at Harper Environmental Associates, Inc (HEA). He has over 5 years of experience in the environmental industry and has completed groundwater sampling and soil and groundwater remediation projects throughout New England. His primary responsibilities at HEA include compliance with Health and Safety Plans (HASP), soil and groundwater sampling, indoor air quality assessments, installation and operation of remedial systems, UST removals and hazardous waste management.

Darryl Calkins background covers 35 years of multi-discipline R&D technical and managerial experience with the US Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory in Hanover, NH and he retired in June 2006 as Technical Director.

He has over 29 years of experience in the environmental industry and has managed environmental site assessment and remediation projects throughout the United States.
